Meet Your Coach
Executive Functioning Coach and wellness guide for those of us in the “juggling it all” stage of life. If you’re feeling like life is a series of to-do lists with zero time for yourself, you’re in the right place. I’m here for those navigating health and wellness functional challenges like low energy, poor sleep, poor concentration and focus, and that constant pull between caring for everyone else and somehow still showing up for you.
With over 25 years in healthcare, specializing in cognitive rehabilitation, I know how crucial executive functioning is to our everyday lives—especially when we’re balancing busy schedules, health, and family demands. My approach as a coach is not just about wellness but also about giving you practical, doable strategies to strengthen focus, time management, and self-care. I help you build the executive functioning skills that make life feel a little less chaotic, so you’re not just managing but thriving.
I know this isn’t about adding another item to your to-do list—it’s about real solutions that fit into real life. My coaching blends my experience in executive functioning, yoga, breathwork, and natural healing, grounded in a down-to-earth, no-nonsense way. More than that, I get it because I’m right there too, balancing life’s beautiful messiness. Here, we keep it practical, sustainable, and guilt-free.
With me, you’ll find validation for those overwhelming days, actionable tools you can actually use, and a little push to put yourself back on the list—without sacrificing everything else. Whether it’s better sleep, more energy, a sense of calm, or simply feeling organized and in control, I believe wellness is a journey, not a destination. And I’m honored to walk it with you.
